February 5, 2013 Board Meeting Agenda Item #9 Title APPROVAL OF CORRECTIVE SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED Description On January 29, 2004, as part of a property transaction in which the School Board acquired property on which Tatum Ridge Elementary School was constructed, the School Board deeded certain other property to Palmer Blvd. Associates, Inc.  A conveyance of mineral rights was inadvertently omitted from the original deed. This Corrective Special Warranty Deed corrects that oversight. Recommendation That the School Board authorize the Board Chair to execute the Corrective Special Warranty Deed to Palmer Blvd. Associates, Inc. as presented.
